Stock levels change daily and are dependent on supplier availability. We cannot guarantee stock until full payment is received and confirmed. We'll always check availability when quoting and again before placing your order.
Yes, we’re happy to provide samples, however this may incur a cost. Please note:
• Samples must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
• They must be in original packaging and unused.
• Unreturned or damaged samples may be charged for.
A 100% upfront payment is required before we process or reserve your order. This ensures stock is secured and branding can begin.
To place an order:
1. Confirm your quote.
2. Send proof of payment to sales@madapromoproducts.co.za.
3. Include your quote number and final vector artwork (AI, PDF, or EPS format).
All quotes are valid for 10 calendar days from the date of issue. Prices and availability may change after this period.
We require artwork in vector format (AI, EPS, or print-ready PDF). This ensures the best quality branding on your products.
Yes, all our products are available unbranded as well. Just let us know what you need.
We can assist with basic artwork layout. Full design services or vector file creation will carry an additional charge—just ask!
