Thank you for choosing MADA Promo Products. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below:
Stock Availability
• Stock levels change daily and are dependent on supplier inventory.
• While we do our best to ensure accurate stock information, stock availability cannot be guaranteed until full payment is received and confirmed.
• Stock displayed online or quoted is subject to change without notice.
Samples
• Product samples are available for limited items upon request and must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
• All samples must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.
• Failure to return samples on time or in acceptable conditions may result in a charge.
Orders & Payment
• A 100% upfront payment is required before any order is processed.
• Orders will not be placed or reserved until proof of payment is received.
• To proceed with your order, please email your proof of payment, quote number, and final artwork in vector format to: sales@madapromoproducts.co.za
Quotations
• All quotes are valid for 10 calendar days from the date of issue.
• Prices, availability, and timelines are subject to change after this period.
Artwork Requirements
• Final artwork must be supplied in vector format (e.g., AI, PDF, EPS).
• Any additional design or conversion work may incur extra charges.
